Welcome to my page!

Hi everyone, welcome to my PA education page! My name is Eric Roman, MS, MPAP, PA-C. I’m a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego and an Instructional Faculty member with the UCSD Atkinson PA Education program. I graduated from UC Davis in 2019 with degrees in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior and Spanish, then went on to earn a Master of Science in Anatomy Education from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2021, followed by my Master of Physician Assistant Practice degree from Keck School of Medicine of USC in 2024.

Alongside my clinical role in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery and my teaching position with the UCSD Atkinson PA Education program, I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare providers. I offer 1-on-1 tutoring and private lessons for pre-health, pre-med, and pre-PA students across core science coursework (organic chemistry, general chemistry, biology, anatomy, physiology, etc.) as well as tailored support for PA students in their didactic, clinical, EOR, EOC, PACKRAT, and PANCE education.

Through PACE The PANCE, I provide high-yield resources designed specifically for PA students, including a comprehensive QBank, live and recorded review webinars, case-based MCQs, and the PACE The PANCE Review Video Library. Whether you’re preparing for didactic exams, EORs, the PACKRAT, or the PANCE/PANRE, my goal is to give you clear strategies, detailed explanations, and the confidence to succeed.

If you’re looking for personalized support—whether it’s mastering coursework, strengthening your PA school application, or preparing for boards—you’ve come to the right place. Thank you for being here and be sure to check out all of the resources we offer on this page 🙂
